The procedure didn't work for me. Pain is the same, but with Advil I can play golf and engage in preinjury activities. Looks like my hip Tcells that were injected into my rotator cuff didn't know what to do when they found themselves in such a strange environment. You and your staff get high marks for your care and interest in me and in the painless way you administered the shots, but they haven't helped

Dr Bayes always takes the time to listen what’s going on with me from my knees or my hips and figures out the best possible way to ease my pain. He’s the best and I won’t go to anyone else! Of course, I always recommend him!

What I liked: polite staff, eye contact from everyone who spoke with me, pertinent questions and listening to my concerns, reassurance that treatment is working, timely correspondence with other services (PT, chiropractor, insurance), quality expertise and thorough sharing of treatment information.
I don’t like medical portals. They always have misinformation and old data from the past . . only correctible by the doc who initially authored it. And it’s difficult to edit my profile (email, phone #), remember passwords and distinguish one portal from another for which facility

Dr Crane and his team are top notch. Everyone who was part of my care team were genuinely thoughtful and caring. All my questions were answered, and I asked a lot. Dr Crane talked to me throughout my procedure and I felt comfortable with every step. I highly recommend Dr Crane and Blue Tail Medical!
