It was amazing! Dr. Crane was so fun and made my experience incredible! The staff is also amazing- Dawn is so kind and caring.She is a great and such an asset to your practice!! Latoya and Rachel were amazing too! This was the best office visit I have had with any doctor in my life. Highly recommend Dr. Crane and staff!!

One of the best Dr and staff in the country. Totally satisfied and and actually listens and thoroughly discusses his diagnosis’s, symptoms and treatment. Totally Satisfied and impressed! Came into the office feeling gloomy and left with a smile!

The quality of care I've received at Bluetail easily exceeds any other orthopedic practice I've been to. Dr. Bayes and his staff are welcoming and empathetic—I've never felt rushed or objectified, and answers to my (at times existential) questions have always been thoughtful and realistic. I'm a very active 40 y/o with a bad knee (re-tore meniscus a few years after ACL reconstruction / meniscal repair) that was massively limiting me (e.g., walking more than a half mile was painful). I had BMAC injections 8 weeks ago on both knees (other knee was beginning to bark), and because of that treatment and an awesome PT team that was recommended by Bluetail, I'm already back to walking 2-ish miles a day—in addition to vigorous Peloton sessions—with either very little or no discomfort. For people that are struggling with (or, like me, deeply suffering from) chronic knee pain, I could not recommend this practice and therapeutic approach more highly.

This is the second time I've undergone stem cell therapy for my knees. The 1st time it lasted 4 yrs! I had the second therapy at the end of March and I am already up and power walking 2 1/2 hrs a day! I recommend this to everyone! Less evasive and a quick recovery rate! You can't beat that! Dr. Crane and his staff are GREAT and are taking good care of my case. Why can't medical insurance make this a standard procedure. But I find it well worth the cost! Thanks Bluetail!

Was difficult to get an appointment. Telephone tag for two wks. After not being able to reach anyone back during business hrs for a week or so I left a msg for someone to tell me if there was a day or time I could call when someone was there. These were the numbers I had (636) 778-2900
