Absolutely wonderful! I feel so much better now and am almost pain free! I am so pleased with the stem cell procedure and outcome. Will continue to do the recommended exercises from physical therapy.
I would recommend this procedure to anyone who suffers with extraordinary pain and needs relief.
Dr.Bayes and his assistants are very nice. Great experience !

Dr. Bayes was absolutely amazing through the entire process. He was very detailed and allowed me to ask questions on everything that was going to happen. He was funny and very social which is rare in my case. I’ve been to many different doctors in the past and Dr. Bayes is #1 in my eyes and I would recommend him to anyone!

This was only my first visit, but I really enjoyed speaking with the staff. I saw the Physician's Assistant Ed Gerber and he was very understanding and I felt like he was actually listening to me. I have been to many doctors for my back issues and felt that I was being pushed into care that was not right for me. I did not feel this way at Bluetail, I highly recommend someone going to at least an initial appointment there if they are unsatisfied with their current orthopedic care.

This was one of the most efficient offices that I have visited in many years.
They were prompt and very professional.
The procedure was about as painfree as I could have ask for.
The staff was informative and very knowledgable. I met no strangers, only people who took pride in their work environment.

When I first went to Dr. Bayes, I was experiencing knee pain while doing the simplest tasks. After about eight months and three procedures, I am back to an active life style with minimum pain. I am now able to hike, bike, workout at the gym, climb stairs etc. All with little to no pain! I am grateful to Dr. Bayes and the staff at BlueTail for giving me my active life back.
