I was extremely nervous about having a caudal shot for my 1st time. The nurse and Dr. Crane were patient with me and explained everything that they were doing to me. They calmed my nerves.

This was the second stem cell procedure Dr Crane performed on my lower back. The first was done a year and a half ago and resulted in over a year of no back pain whatsoever. But some of my issues started again, along with a least one new one. This time the procedure went more quickly and was less painful. I am positive the results will be as outstanding and the previous procedure! Dr Crane and his staff are amazing.

Going in I didn't really know what to expect. But after talking to girls behind the desk and started to fill that family experience of being welcomed. I started to relax and felt like home. When my name was called to have my procedure done that is when I really new i was home. Everyone that I talked with was friendly made me laugh and that was a plus for me. Dr. Oliver was fantastic! Thanks to everyone who made my procedure easy going.
